      Ooh @Fat Controller i will try your recipe some time for the sauce and steak, will probably omit the chips and onion rings as I can't deep fry anything but it sounds excellent all the same! :) have you fried making your own french onion soup if you are feeling the need for an onion or two?

              I guess when we age the sense of taste and smell (and a lot else) go downhill so you will find that stronger tastes are more satisfying. Right now I also fancy more spices in the food and pepper, salt. I am addicted to this energy drink and I favour fish over meat. I have recently purchased some goulash from some Polish shop and I love it!
