Brexit -am I stupid or what

So do I. No road FC so it's a boat or sea plane. And then being west coast there's midges to contend with. Not quite so attractive now is it?

 

Utter waste of time, watching Question Time.

Having watched the BBC's Question Time. My comments. I'd like to meet JC. Just imagine it. Hey Jerry, snatch a few grand out of the air for me. Honestly, where is he going to get all the money from. Just imagine a new government under his leadership. A few years down the line and his government get chucked out. Might the comments be repeated as were those when Brown was bowled out. There's no money left in the kitty.

The wee lassie from the highlands. Whatever the question, her reply is centered around Scotland breaking free from England/Britain. I have many friends in Scotland and especially the police service. They are a mixed bunch, but great friends. I have never heard a single one say they want to leave Britain.

Jo Swinson. Oh dear luv! Honestly she comes over so much like a lass at a students union meeting. I rack my brain, tiny as it is. How can she be a leadre of a political party? Listen to all of her talk. Did you notice it? Many folk when speaking publicly tend to stutter, repeat themselves and use so many um, er, anda etc. Jo is the leader of a party of ONE. All that she says starts with. I. Want. I will. Perhaps a follow-on might be. 'I'm alright Jack, stuff you'

Boris. Sadly Boris has grown up with a kind of bull in a china shop thing. It's all well and good opening a talk/speech etc with a lite-hearted quip. Get a titter from the audiance and move on. Sadly Boris can't get out of his ways. IMO he is a very educated man. He has the interest of the nation at heart. Lets be fair. I am non political. However I admired Mrs May. She admitted she was anti leave. Yet she honoured her promise to the british public to SERVE them. Her efforts were thrawted just the same as Boris'. For Boris, the situation in the house went as low as it possibly could. So he decided to call an election.

To sum up. IMHO members of parliament have become traitors to the cause. I imagine their sworn oath to be along the lines of serving HM the Quuen and honestly serving the people of Britain/England etc. This, all parties have failed. MP's etc are employed by the public, just the same as the police service. The former have failed and become traitors. They have ignore the publics wish/demand to leave the EU. Now in utter desperation a general election has been called. In all honesty. I really love to see and learn that not a single voter makes it to the polling station and not a single vote is cast.. Truthfully. No wonder the EU lot are probably peeing themselves with laughter. 'GREAT BRITAIN' Come off it mate!!

Never underestimate the Scottish midge, Only one thing I have found that works ....get inside the nearest building as quickly as possible as even a delay of a couple of minutes will ensure you are scratching your flesh for the next few days.

 

In a cool, wet spring, tnere are midges all along the lakeshore but I don't ever recall getting bitten by them. I just try not to inhale!

 

I didn't realise she was from the Glasgow area. Now I understand why it gets the lions share of the treasury handouts.

 

Sadly you could say the same for most MP's.
