Help with installing a garden arch

Hello all, I'm new here. In Feb I bought a wooden garden arch from Wickes and it's 2.46m high and the posts are 45 x 45mm. I'd rather use ground spikes if possible but I haven't been able to find some that size, only 40 or 50 mm square. Unless someone knows of any?
Or would I be better concreting them in? Many thanks

You will have to use 50mm spikes and some 5mm timber or plastic packers on two sides.

Should look ok if done neatly.

An alternative way would be to use a concrete or diy wooden repair spur like this.

Thanks, that sounds a plan. I'll track down some 5mm timber/plastic. I don't fancy the concreting route unless I really need to. Never done it before.
