    The yellow shrub / tree is a thuja or a chamaecyparis , you'll need a closer photo for a beter id but I am leaning more to the chamaecyparis .

    The varigated shrub looks like one of the euonymus which variety I am not sure , maybe a large Euonymus fortunei silver queen or one of the japonica group maybe silver spire :noidea:

      The Euonymous does look more like silver queen but is growing in a more upright form than usual, although it may have been trained like that and its sideways growth may have been pruned.

        I agree, my euonymous grows much lower and spreading but the foliage is exactly the same.

        Ive never pruned the two trees the 12 years Ive lived here, Ive only had to cut the taller tree to help with removing a bee swarm from the tree during the spring. So no idea how they got the shape.
