Can I use Chempak No 8 as autumn lawn feed?

I overseeded the lawn about two weeks ago and would normally apply an autumn feed about now to get the roots going through the winter.

This year money is tight so I am wondering if I can use this Chempak no 8 soluble feed that I have in the shed. It isn't specifically for lawns but is low in nitrogen which makes me think it might be suitable.

NPK is 12.5 25 25

Obviously it isn't slow release but would it be better then nothing?

 

Thanks ARMANDII, good question. My reasoning was purely to give the new seed the best chance possible to get established over winter. Also, it hasn't been fed since Spring and the soil is pretty poor (compacted chalky/clay) with lots of tree roots.
