I've just been watching the Congress and the Impeachment of Trump and they've made no attempt to mark seats to safely separate the members as they have done in Parliament:dunno::wallbanging:
They seem to regard Politics as more valuable than their own safety......idiots!!

You'll have a long wait at Poundland @HarryS, they announced this week they are shutting down, possibly permanently.

Poundland. Shutting down! That will be a shame. My local store is always crowded, many local folk get most of their groceries etc in there, as they are the cheapest.

I feel strongly against ventilation I guess because of personnel experiences in the past. I have been put in an induced coma for just a few days and it took me years to get my health back again.I think when you cannot breathe on your own we maybe think it is the answer to our prayers but statistics say something else to me....obviously I can see the flip side and if it's clouding my judgement I understand peoples views that are gained elsewhere....

I took the 1st link out because it was too long and you would have no time to do your gardening but this 2nd one is just a look at any country that you might be interested in for not just Covid news, general stories as well...if it's raining where you are..sorted.:star:.

sorry about that it's still there...ok it's just a link you don't have to read it and I will likely just peek....:dunno:

I know it's a big task to get people vaccinated but it would be helpful if your own surgery could give you an update to how many have had their first Vaccine.

You look at the surgery website to see the message, do not phone the surgery. It's a joke you can't get through on the phone during normal times.

I've not read anywhere where people from my surgery had have their first jab.

                      Sorry folks for the rant.

Guessing you are not on Facebook John, that's where I found out that no body from my surgery has been vaccinated yet, regardless of age.

I'm taking Mum for her jab this afternoon :blue thumb:. The relief is palpable - but we will still keep strictly to the rules until there is a sustained reduction in infections.

Johnson and Johnson have announce they are trialling a new one shot Jab with a 90% efficacy.
They didn't say the temperature it would have to be stored and how easy it would be to transport.
