    @Victoria ,..The wind was strong enough to blow a few roof tops off,..nothing amiss in my garden,..i hope the strong wind passed beyond your place.

    I went further north along the River Shannon yesterday to Lough Ree.

      On that trek home looks like the best place to be.

      No damage here from the wind nor rain thankfully.

        Great pics as always Philip.

        I love sky photos...they depict so much and can easily be used to relate to our moods/ feelings of the day.
        Tranquillity, happiness, indecisive, carefree, anger, turmoil....you name it....and there's a sky to match it!!:heehee:

          Pleasing to read that you had no damage,..the trek home didn't have many people outdoors and the few i met wore no masks despite us not getting the all clear :dunno:

            I do agree with you there,..depending on how the sky looks results in how my day will begin,..below are calm images and some would look the same were they turned upside down.

                @Upsydaisy

                The video below is just for your liking of sky photos,..captured in 2012 as i navigated off the lake heading for a place named Clonmacnoise,..an old site full of Celtic Crosses,..the video ends abruptly for some reason at the end.

                      Wow..I'm speechless Philip ,both are fab but the 1st one is tops!!
                      I felt so chilled and relaxed after watching it ,music and video are a match made in heaven!
                      I have even made your post my first ever bookmark!!! I shall play it last thing at night and whenever I need to de- stress.

                      The 2nd one is such a stunning place....that cemetery towards the end would make my ideal final resting place.

                      Thank you so much for sharing with us. x

                        Just now had an opportunity to view the videos Philip. Absolutely beautiful and you always chose such wonderful music.

                        I wear a Celtic wedding ring, also have a toe ring and earrings. Something to do with my heritage. :whistle:

                            Thank you Michael. I was born up The Graig, Pontypridd and christened in Merthyr Tydfil. My maternal Grandfather came from County Sligo. So I fit the bill. However, I was very disappointed to see it when I went back in 1978 but the old house on the cobbled street looked the same. :smile:
