Solved Inherited Shrubs

    My son moved into a house some months ago and has now been able to look at the garden, he has two pots that I think are past saving not sure what they are any thoughts would be welcome thanks

    I think Yuccas. (But just possibly Cordylines). Old woody stems can be sawn off as they've sprouted new growth. Can be planted in the garden if he likes that sort of thing :)

    Thank you I thought it might be a cordyline it’s really congested and dry I’ll have a chat and see what he thinks, there’s quite a few more pots to sort out yet watch this space

      I'd plump for cordyline.
      I'd either plant it out or repot but I think it's days are numbered as a pot plant.

        Good morning, thank you noisette47 and pete, I think both pots have had their day, there are probably a dozen more pots etc, buried in the undergrowth so time to get started on them, it's a tiny garden so now we start hacking down the jungle and see what else we find:hapflowers2:
