    Hello!

I'm looking for some ideas for my pot. I would like to plant flowers in it, but it's short and narrow. What would grow well in it? 36x13x16cm
    Thank you.

Looks like you have a Leycesteria perhaps.

Filled to the top and well watered you could grow all manner of summer bedding in there, water and feeding being the thing that you would need to do most.

ooo... lovely planter! Where did you get it from @KarolinaW ?

Does it have drainage holes? If yes, I'd go for Alpines and/ or succulents for nearly year round interest.

If you want lots of flowers and colour just for the summer, visit a garden centre and select what you like from their display of plants for containers and hanging baskets. Popular choices include pelargoniums, lobelia, osteospermums and petunias. Clear it out in autumn and plant some daffodil, tulip or other bulbs for spring colour.

Haha, yes! Leycesteria grows right next to it, but it wants to grow all over my garden.

Thank you! It was left in this house by previous tenants I think.
I'll go for the Alpines and succulents. :)
