Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Coming down in stair rods! Had to put wet weather gear on to fill the watering can with rain water from the water butt for the orchids. But the garden (and the butts) do need the rain.

 

It was 20c at 8.30 am !
The warmest day of the year so far.
Now a mottled sky and the slightest of breezes and very pleasant ,

Our temperature has settled down again but luckily not a giant dip. It is 68f 17c and quite cloudy. The guessers say there's a good chance of it raining this morning and then getting warmer and sunny. Another hairmidity day. Here comes my Margaret Atwood impersonation....

 

Just started raining 1 hour ago, good socking but now steady

 

We have been 29c for a couple of hours now and not much of a breeze.

 

Clouded over for about an hour around midday but brilliant sunshine mostly.
its 28c now and wall to wall sunshine.
A decent breeze blowing.

 

At 1.30pm we had some heavy rain and then it stopped, on the edge of the thunderstorm again.

Now it's sunny and a clear sky with a gentle breeze from the south south west temp 20c feels like 23c

 

Been an overcast and breezy day, but pleasant all the same, a walk to the lighthouse through fields full of Skylarks, Yellowhammers, Linnets, Reed Buntings with Swallows and House Martins whizzing by, glad to be alive.
Rain is forecast and we could do with it as my thin sandy soil soon dries out.

 

Oh yes, 9.30 pm and 22c, feels like summer.

Summer has arrived. Sunshine, blue skies, not a hint of a breeze, and if my bedside clock is to be believed, currently 22.7 degrees.

 

Sunny, had a low over night of 17c,warming up fast now.

 

Possible thunderstorms in the forecast again but as yesterday's didn't arrive I shall ignore that. 20c tops, sunny spells, rain tonight. Rather breezy at the moment.
