Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Not sure what it got up to, but it was too hot to sit in the sun. It's still over 20c at the moment and it will be a warm night at 16c.

We are due some rain and there's another weather warning for thunder tomorrow, but the forecast does not show this - just rain showers. We need a good soaking as the next fortnight looks rather hot and dry.

 

Still warmish this evening. Yellow Thunder warning here but looking at the lightning app, the current thunder in France is moving to the direction of East England.

 

Just woke up sitting in the garden by big spots of rain, its stopped now.

 

Quite heavy rain here with loud claps of Thunder @10.10pm.

 

Right now it is 72 degrees F with dull skies, tonight showers are forecast with a low of 58 degrees F. Rain is forecast for tomorrow, so our record-breaking string of rain every weekend will remain unbroken.
This image is of the Tomhannock Reservoir in Rensselaer County, New York. The Tomhannock serves Troy, New York and several surrounding communities. High in the atmosphere, smoke from the Canadian wildfires can be seen. This area has been dealing with the smoke for several days. The smoke gives the atmosphere a sort of dull overcast appearance, but there is not much to be done about it, and the air quality is just about acceptable.

Well we had half a storm yesterday evening, lightning and some places around here lost power.
Only 4 mm of rain.
A bit grey looking this morning but I can see some blue sky showing

Murky and muggy currently. We didn't get any thunder last night though.

 

Definately rained through the night can see the bird water tray full oh and a cheeky squirrel ! gone now though. Blue tits are back , it’s quite windy no thunderstorms here thankfully . 16C.

Fresh breeze this morning. Supposed to brighten-up. Looks warm and sunny for next week!?

 

Sunny and very windy/gusty, 17c going to low 30s. Our new solar panels are being delivered this morning.

 

Very dark this morning, we have had rain but not much and barely a breath of wind, forecast heavy rain later, now 13 degrees.

 

A thunderstorm has just passed by - the full works with thunder, lightning and so much rain the gutters couldn't cope. Quickly unplugged the tv aerial as we are in an elevated position and a prime target! Now it's a bit sunny and quite pleasant. Should top out at 18c.

 

Please can we have some rain here! We do not seem to have had any rain over night and it's now breezy, warm and bone dry. There is a weather warning, but what for - have the weather people fallen asleep?

Next week and beyond is bone dry, hot at 26c and full sun. Can't complain, but we do need rain once in a while.
