    Hi all

looking for a little bit of advice as to why some of the leaves on my magnolia are yellowing at the edges. I suspect a nutrient deficiency as the soil looks fine. I don’t know what nutrient would be deficient does anyone have any suggestions and any feed suggestions please. How do I get leaves back to green again?

    thank you

    Hi

is it growing in a pot ? If yes it’s irregular watering and lacking nutrients.

If it’s the older leaves they naturally turn yellow as they age

Vitax has a ericaceous feed which would be ideal .

If you want to grow magnolias in a container, I can recommend Magnolia grandiflora.

I use a chelated iron feed on plants that get yellow leaves whilst growing in pots.
If its yellow between the veins it's probably a magnesium deficiency, so a feed with Epsom salts.
