What plant/shrub is this please?

    I presume it is some type of rose bush, but it is very bushy and large unlike a typical rose plant I may see in a garden.

    I like it a lot actually.

    Yes it's a rose... looks like one called 'Pink Flower Carpet', which is just what it's trying to do there..
