WILDFLOWERS YOU HAVE SEEN WHILE OUT WALKING

That's weird as I'm getting the plant with an entire leaf like say Verbascum and also the plant with the pinnate leaf in my picture, when I google.
But I think you are right.

I did a quick Google and I think the ones with the verbascum leaf are verbascum nigrum and just mislabelled. I grow nigrum and it's quite easy to identify. Agrimony doesn't have the dark centres as far as I'm aware.

 

An ' almost' white variant of the common spotted orchid

 

Pyramidal orchid in sand dunes at edge of Pembrey beach. Almost pure sand - I'm amazed so much grows there!

Not much fungi around at this time of year, this looks like some sort of oyster mushroom

 

They may be a pain in the flower bed or allotment, but in a hedge they look lovely

 

Frog orchids just coming up but not far off maximum height.




The incredibly tiny insectivorous Pale Butterwort, the rosette is just 2cm wide.

They look so beautiful before the seedheads stick to any part of your clothing or your dogs fur
