@Jungle Jane that's strange, I bought a Hercules from them and it was great. My only problem was one of the Bayliss autovent cylinders leaked, but that was immediately replaced. They have 4.7 on Trust pilot so that's not too bad. My only complaint is they keep sending brochures - yet they know I've already GOT a greenhouse!

I purchased a 10' x 8' Premium greenhouse in Blue Grass colour from Rhino last August following many months of shopping about. From the moment I made my initial enquiry through delivery and after sales service I can only say that I wish more companies had customer service like they have. I'd give them 11 out of 10. The greenhouse I built onto a concrete base. They do warn about knocking the edges / corners but having seen their videos on YouTube showing a gold ball being directed at the glass, as well as a football being kicked against it, I'm impressed. Having stood defiantly against storm Eowyn this winter I'm suitably impressed. Our Scottish winters get rather breezy. I visited the Rhino stall at the recent BBC Gardener's World Live to say how pleased I am with this very considered purchase.

To follow up... One of the Bayliss cylinders stopped working recently - it's been 6 years. I phoned them to see how to identify the required replacement, and he was able to look up the previous replacement and tell me exactly what to order. Good service, easy to install - though I used split pins and cotter pins to hold in place as I'd managed to damage the original washers that held them.

I've replaced my Bayliss cylinders a few times over the years, I usually just get onto the manufacturer and they send the relevant parts with washers etc.
        Another good company.

I've been wondering about polycarbonate or glass for when I buy a new greenhouse. I had polycarbonate before at my old house. After reading this thread I think I'll go for polycarbonate again!

Clear Acrylic can be a good substitute for glass on both GH and Cold Frames .

Its quite expensive last time I looked and does flex quite a bit IMO.
