      Yours may be Deutzia scabra candidissima.
      It has white double flowers.

        Oh that’s great thank you. It’s not mine but I’d like one! I’m trying to make a bed that’s mostly white & saw this today in a garden & thought how pretty it is!

        Just make sure that you have room for it .
        They can grow quite large.
