Whats Your Weather Like 2025

I've been watching your temperatures @burnie, it's about time you had some heat down there.

 

Sunny 16c.

 

17c sunny but very nice at 4am when it was nice an cool

 

The heat starts today. It’s a still and clear this morning. Checking a few forecasts and all slightly different for max temps this weekend and any rain for next week.

 

Sunny all day today ! Max 27C , phew ! sunhats at the ready .

 

Our max today is "only" 21c, the weekend will be hotter. Sunshine all the way....

 

Hazy sun, 19c with a light breeze. Breezy later going to high 20s.

 

Today is the first of 4 hot days and it's starting at 29c, going up to 32c tomorrow.

There maybe a chance of a shower next week. Absolutely bone dry and baking.

We have the upstairs windows open at night and luckily the parakeets don't make too much noise on the bird feeder in the early hours.

 

20 degrees, overcast with a bit of a breeze, so did a short video of our wildlife pond

 

It is lovely and cool 68f 17c and we got a really nice load of free water during thunderstorms last night. The rain barrels are half full which impresses me since I had fully used them up.

And it is going to be a great day for filling the clothes line and getting free drying

 

Hot and sunny with some light cloud and light winds from the west temp 26c feels like 29c

 

Its 30c here now, probably wont get any higher today. That's 8ft 6ins for those still using the old money.

 

I didn’t venture out this afternoon but it’s 28 in the shade now with a bit of a breeze. I think I’ve kept the house temps down to 20-22 downstairs and 24 upstairs with the military curtain and window ‘management’. As the heat builds and the nights stay warm overthe next few days, I’m expecting those temps to increase.

 

Our high was 31.5c for a few hours. Now 24,5c with a nice fresh breeze so should be nice tonight.

 

Full Moon tonight - the Buck Moon. I read that it is sometimes called the Thunder Moon - we could do with a good thundery rain storm but it looks like the heat wave will fizzle out rather than out with a bang here.
