Looks like an Ash seed has germinated and grown.
Unless you want a 70ft tree there, best to get it out.

Looks like it was there at least last year if not earlier.

Are you able take more close up of the leaves or further away shot for a general habit. Another tree that self seeds easily is Alianthus altissima, sometimes called Tree of Heaven.

          I agree with NigelJ,
          Superb clear pic.
It is not definitely not Ailianthus..common name Tree of Heaven.

That tree has not appeared overnight..surely at least 2 years old.

My pic below shows Fraxinus excelsior...common name Ash. FRAXINUS EXCELSIOR 17-06-2012 15-02-01. SAMBUCUS NIGRA LEFT 17-06-2012 15-02-002.JPG

Below is Ash leaf on the right, Elder leaf on the left to show comparison.

Thanks for clearing that up for me @NigelJ & @Silver surfer, I guess seeing too many Ash seedlings, I wanted to see something else! It was the slight wrinkling appearance that made me question whether that was Ash or not.

Ailanthus mostly spreads by suckers in the UK, but with warmer summers I've noticed more ripe seed being set.
Just had a big one cut down it the neighbours garden, even the tree surgeon thought it was Black Walnut until I pointed it out to him.

I think the OP is probably ash, unless there is anything close by that could be suckering.
