Growing some main crop potatoes in a bag. Noticed leaves with brown spots. Is this blight?

No, it looks like a nutrient deficiency. What fertiliser have you used and subsequent feed ?

Quite new to trying potatoes. Put them in a bag with compost and have done nothing with them apart from water when required!!

A liquid feed of tomato food ,which has a higher ratio of P,K than N , may be beneficial at this time.
