Hazy sun, calm, 23c, humid. Under another high temp warning starting at 10am till 7pm tomorrow. Out Geres National Park up North is still burning. Just another hot day with temps in the mid 30s down here in the South..

Fresher this morning, 15 with a breeze, but should stay dry and be about 20 later.

Much cooler out there at 15c. Max 19c.

We have a 40% chance of rain by late morning! But only for 2 hours. That has sprung up from somewhere. But let's see if we get it.

16 degrees, light breeze and cloudy but dry, not much left growing the garden now, so don't need much water. Butts are still full for the greenhouse, onions are lifted and will be going into the greenhouse at the weekend as part of the finishing process, might see the sun later it seems.

Storm Floris is due on Monday! That will flatten the dry and struggling plants then!

Two pictures that tell a story of how soggy July has been here, 80mm of rain.
Only beaten by January that had 90 mm.
                      July 5th.

It is 58f 13c and there are clouds but only passing ones with lots of sunshine in between. They say it will only go up to convert 77f 25c which is good because I'm helping with a move today. The truck is already loaded ready to lug all of the stuff up three floors to the new flat. :thud:

What a little bit of rain can do for nature @pete

@Bluejayway I suppose the few drops on the windows have finished the drought?

That happened to us when windy.com assumed that we got pete’s rain and declared our soil as well watered. No joke.

A couple of short, light showers early this morning - it needn't have bothered. Grey and calm for the rest of the day. 18C/64F
