Sorry, we will need a much clearer picture and a close up of the leaves. :)

Vaguely like Kilmarnock willow, but big if it is, agree the picture is not really good enough.
Close ups of leaves and shoots and any other features would help.

I agree with @pete The form would suggest a weeping willow, probably Kilmarnock. While the picture is not very clear, there is an area where you can see the leaves (not very clearly) and they seem to match as well.

I'd say Kilmarnock willow. They can get pretty big, but usually end up sideways, or on the ground if they do. That one must have been properly staked!
More info always helps, including better photos, and also a rough location. We're assuming this is in the UK for example.

Feed it a few Killie pies and it will be OK.

Salix caprea Kilmarnock...all are male so should have the cute pussy willow male flowers.
In our old garden I had one near the back door and the bird feeder.
The only reason I left it is the birds loved to shelter in it.
They are often top heavy and often look pretty hideous...with many dead branches under the leaves.
It took me ages to prune out ther dead branches undernearth.
It eventually fell over. See above.

Up here nearly every new house has one in the garden.
Many are OK but many are now hideous. /weird.
