    While walking this morning I saw this 3.5m high and around 2.5 meter wide multi stem shrub.
    I’m happy with any suggestion.

    The leaves remind me on oleander.

      So do the flowers - certainly looks like Oleander

        Flowers can be pink, red, white and yellow.
