Lovely sunny morning our visitors on the bird feeders will be arriving shortly can hear them and see them in the trees . Packed the car with our plants off to carboot this morning oh and filled our flask must have a cuppa while we’re there. Up to 22C maybe later .

Another sunny, dry day. Light winds and a max of 21c.

 

Hazy sun, 22c no breeze, going to mid 30s. Yellow high temp warning starting 10am, going to Orange later.

 

It’s much calmer this morning, which is probably why the temp will be up a bit from yesterday’s. Could be 30 on Tuesday. Yuk. I think about 22 is my “favourite”.

 

Our top temp for the coming week is 25c by Tuesday. That's quite high enough, thank you ....

 

A bright and breezy 15 degrees just now with quite a lot of cloud, but is forecast to be dry, it was 8.7 in the greenhouse last night, feeling a tad Autumnal already up here, which I don't mind.
We have had a lot of dry hot weather, but as an indicator, I have not had to top up the water butts with the hose, so we have had some rain.

 

We are over 30c already with no air movement so definitely a hot one here today. Watering the necessary has been done and the a/c has automatically cut on.

There was a trail of blood across the Courtyard from the orchard down the path to the Sand Garden. Ours had just gone out and it was dried so a poor soul is injured ... and hope it is not The Squeak as he has not visited in a week. I hope whoever is is tended to.

 

Sunny intervals and a gentle breeze from the west south west temp 22c feels like 23c

 

Still dry, and getting hot for the next week. Not much chance of any rain coming.

 

Almost 38c now.

 

It’s very hot in the sun, so I’m under the parasol with my book. It’s about 23-24 and will be warmer the next few days.
