Whats Your Weather Like 2025

This afternoon we had very heavy rain showers, probably the edge of the thunderstorm that was forecast for today, it always happens.
Now it's a clear sky with a gentle breeze from the west south west temp 15c feels like 16c

 

Cloudy and calm all day, 18C/64F, but just before sunset...

 

Today's rainfall 17.5mm. More than the whole of August.

13c currently, up to 17c over the day.
Rain from 6 o'clock in the morning for an hour to expect. The rest of the day a hit and miss rain with sunshine/clouds in between.

 

Dried up out there now but more rain forecast.
Sky looks fairly settled tbh.

As expected, it didn't last long hammering down now.

 

The expected thunder didn't materialise yesterday but they are forecasting more for today. We'll see what we shall see. Wet and breezy day ahead but - again - very still and dry so far. Max 17c and some sunny spells later.

Good morning all, cloudy and cool high of 16c rain expected this afternoon,warmer from tommorow.

 

Heavy rain expected for the next 2 hours and again after lunchtime. A bit of lightning thrown in too. Max temp 14c so it's grab a jumper day.

 

Sun through high and very gusty/windy, 19c going to low 30s.

 

The very wet, gloomy morning turned into a lovely sunny afternoon at noon. Evverything is now sodden. I can already hear the weeds growing.

 

Cool, still and cloudy at the moment. Showers are forecast for most of the day but could be hit-and-miss. The garden is still lovely and damp from yesterday's rain. Could do with that amount twice a week every week throughout the spring and summer!

 

Ahh, September - 2nd best month of the yr (after May) ... normally! I expect misty mornings, warm sun-lit days, the gentle floating down of crispy leaves, etc. I expect the start to feel like summer and the end to have an autumnal air.

And what have we got instead? Torrential rain and gale force winds, acorns pinging loose like scatter-gun fire, lush greenery weighed down with water.

Not happy!

 

Sunshine and showers today. Possibly dry for Friday and Saturday then! Washing machine is waiting…
