Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Cloudy and still. Should have some sunny spells later and tomorrow. My asters (in pots) are just in bud now @Valleysgirl

 

Same old - dry, sunny, about 20C in the pms and cold at night cos of clear skies.

No rain in sight.

Asters flowering well but the white ones that usuall get over 1m high are only about 70cm high this year and all my dahlia flowers are on short stems. Drought?

 

Cloudy and quite cold all day. Just 13c outside.

 

Cloudy with light winds from the north north west temp 13c feels like 14c

 

A few bright rather than sunny spells but mostly thick cloud and 15c.
A bit of brightness makes all the difference to the feel of the day at this time of year.

Anticyclonic gloom.

Nice sunny day with a few puffy white cloud. Currently 26c.

 

Its a well known phrase, I heard it years ago.
For some reason we get a lot of so called dirty high pressure systems that settle over us, probably something to do with being an island and lots of moisture around.

It is 54f and we're having a brief break in the rain that has been beating my asters and I see they have yellow spots

 

It was cloudy all day. Feels quite cool this evening. Try again tomorrow…

 

It’s unusual this year. As long as I live here, we have never had Highs that stayed 3 months and longer.
Let’s hope it stops after the 20th.

 

I prefer it to autumnal gales and atlantic depressions, Anticyclonic gloom is not unusual for the UK.
I've not noticed a high that has stayed for 3 months either.

 

We were 27x most of the afternoon. Now 23.5c with a light breeze.
