A cold and windy day, with a few pleasant patches of sun. The wind is northerly and strong enough to blow oak tree leaves from the golf course into our garden. It's like it's snowing leaves.

Going down to 2c tonight and will feel like 1c.

 

A couple of light showers this afternoon after a mainly sunny morning, cleared again after the showers.
12c, but dropped to 10c after the showers

 

Got to just under 26c for a few hours, now 21.6 ... looking forward to rain tomorrow.

 

It's been a bit chilly. Tonight we go down to 36f 2c which is better than the 0c they originally guessed to be coming.

I brought the last 2 chillies from the greenhouse, inside. No sense in heating tge greenhouse for two stubborn plants !

 

All day rain showers and gusty winds from the west north west temp 5c feels like 5c, going down to 2c.

 

We had sunshine all day apart from the one rain shower in between.
Clocks are turned back automatically and only two need a manual adjustment.
BBC and other forecast show it's currently 4c.
The day will start dry with a max 10c but rain forecast for the afternoon.

I am awake too early but furries have been on the move for an hour. We had a 1mm shower in the early hours. Currently cloudy with bright patches. Rain is suppsedly on the way, 18c going to mid 20s.

In the end my OH went up the line and brought my table clothes/towels in yesterday after @AuntyRach rain on and off yesterday. Looking up at a blue sky can see the aeroplane trails coming over from America and going up North . Must get on bramble/rose cuttings to chop up and fill the Green Bin for tomorrow dark early today 9C and calm .
