Sun came at around 4 pm, right on schedule as it dropped below the houses opposite.

Standing looking out of the computer shop door at 4 o'clock this afternoon it was already getting dark with a huge queue of traffic on the road in both directions; it's a good job I'm a local knowing the short cuts but on the way home my friendly cloud watered the car.

The wind has died down and it's doing some steady rain. I can hear it on the roof. Plus some fireworks going off again. Mild at 13c and going up to 14c overnight. Rain to get heavier later.

Had 1mm overnight. overcast, 19c, going to 23c, drizzle all morning, the thunderstorms have passed us and gone up North into Alentejo.
