Daylight is here and it’s forecast to be cloudy all day but dry temp 14C. Now outside my living room window

A nice orange pink sky earlier. Now blue and the sun is peeking at the trees, only 11.5c now 99% humidity, just reaching 21c today with sun and cloud.

 

Sunny spells and mainly dry, 11c to 16c, quite still with just a gentle stirring of the trees.

 

Hi,

Bit foggy and certainly wet again after overnight rain. I wonder if the fog relates to all the fireworks being set of for hours until bedtime last night. More fireworks than for a long time; money no problem?

Overcast with 16C and 5% rain forecast for today; I might receive the full 5% this afternoon if I can finally make it to attack the couch grass; the other 95% will remain dry?

Possible light rain on/off all day and it looks like rain is on the menu daily for the next 10 days.

13 degrees with a gentle breeze, been raining but dry now, bright but cloudy, didnae see the moon and cannae see the sun noo..........................(by the way I am an incomer whose Scottish roots are buried deeply in history, but it's home now)

The wind finally died down but was good enough to take the rain away before doing so. It is up to 36f 2c and the guessers say we will go up to 46f 7c.

I set off to the computer shop and over Grange Moor it was thick fog down to Mirfield then roadworks took over. Dewsbury roads are even worse than Huddersfield roads; I thought I'd gone off-roading. Finally at the shop the Win11 genuine Disc I paid over £29 for couldn't be installed; I'd already got it to 99% installed all I wanted was the remaining 1%. A clean Win10 has been installed now taking me back because now it's clean I have to start over; populating it.

Two half days lost four frustrating journies and now £20 lighter I was almost back to where I started with the laptop. Whilst in the shop I asked if they could sort out my mobile phone because it wouldn't connect to the internet; I explained I don't like mobile phones and I'm a dinosaur; I was kindly shown how to connect the phone to wifi which any four year old can do these days.

Returning home I fueled the car with £33 of diesel; yes I'm also destroying the planet too. Reversing into my driveway a Royal Mail van arrived handing me a parcel which Royal Mail had informed me by email would be delivered yesterday; the neighbours cat was on the window cill wanting feeding so I fed him; I'd forgotten to bring the wheelie bin up which was emptied early this morning; I feel like creating a nuclear bunker in place of the garden where I can lock the world out.

I'm told there are people worse off than I am but never told there are people better off than I am. I can't be hurt more than Bron passing away so pile it on I don't care; I'm now bullet proof and stuff the world.

I feel so much better for that.
