Heavy rain all day today but it’s mild 14C. Splish splashing up the garden today might clean the inside of our Greenhouse today as you do this time of year . Sunset 16.26 .

Your right @cactus_girl just looked at last years Diary 2024 on that very day I’ve noted ‘snow’ for just one day gone for the next . Well as the Scouts motto (I was a Beaver Scout leader for 17yrs) says ‘Be Prepared ‘

 

We had some heavy downpours yesterday evening and set for more today.

On the “be prepared” theme @Valleysgirl - I must shelter/bring in my pelargoniums and similar potted plants this weekend as frost temps Monday and Tuesday!

Whilst at the computer keyboard last night around 8 o'clock there was a loud noise outside so being nosy I looked out of the front room window; the horizontal torrential rain was pressure washing the bungalow front; the outside of the window was like a 12' long waterfall; bored of seeing rain I returned to the computer but more heavy rain must have fallen during the night.

It's nice to return to normality. It's now raining again so my two hours in the garden this morning was perfect timing; I should be called Dodger always dodging the rain and my address should be 39 The Puddles.

It is much warmer today 34f 1c and the guessers say we'll get up to the 40'sF 5 or 6c. No sun is predicted for today however they are saying that tomorrow might be bright.
