Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Had a dusting of snow mostly gone now, bit of sleet in the air 2 degrees but feels colder, rain coming tomorrow so no snowman building yet.

 

We got to 16c today for about an hour, now 14.8c with the sun going down. Another nippy night ahead here again.

 

Didn’t have time to post this morning as was de-frosting my car! Minus 2 at 06:30.

Fascinating re everyone’s heating habits. I am frugal and heat individual rooms only, as needed, and no heating overnight - I’d be pleased with 16 in the bedroom! My en-suite is a no-go in the cold weather as the small towel rail radiator thingy doesn’t heat the room and the underfloor heating costs so much to run it’s not worth it for a possible night ‘visit’.

 

Very sunny all morning but clouded over this afternoon, 4c max which felt cold as the wind picked back up later.

Little bit warmer this morning, -5c very light cloud so a nice day ahead, had to put the duvet (4.5tog) on last night as my cotton sheet was nippy

 

Frosty and -1c. Full sun expected again just for today.

Then downhill over the next few days as heavy rain is expected. I would rather have frosty and sunny.

 

Everywhere still frosty around here sun is out and a lovely blue sky . It’s -1 and very still . Sister travelling down from Richmond tomorrow to Wales so please ‘No more snow’

Blue sky and sunny but only 7c which it has been for hours, A bright sunny day ahead going to 17c with another cold night ahead. We still have that North breeze.
