Things that happen when you raid BM for reduced to clear- bulbs, end up with too many, and stuff them anywhere anyhow.

Finish with placing behind the curtain and forget about them for a month or so.

My hedgehog, tillandsia, is flowering. This clump is about 15 years old. Was a tiny plant when bought. It's the first time it decided to flower.

@Ailsa , that's beautiful! :) I assume you are growing it in soil and not as an air plant? Do cuttings root easily?

I have a stem stolen from holiday 4 years ago, it's living, but not doing much so I'm considering potting it up.

Thank you, I'm wondering what made it to flower finally? Maybe, fully grown up plant now.
No, it's an air plant, no compost. It just sits in the basket. I take basket and properly spray plant with water once a week. It comes to twice a month, it gets fertilizer (rainmix).

A small golden yellow Bougie bought last summer as a plug and is just starting to grow with flowers before the leaves.
