any ideas what this is??

I bought this as a kind of sapling from Aldi a while ago, planted it but have forgotten what it is and didn't keep the destructions with it (no, I;m not blonde before you ask.... :p) Think it might be some kind of soft fruit bush.... might be making that up though.... any ideas what it is??

Its growing very happily in a pot in my rather shady but a little bit of sunshine for about an hour of the day back yard..... should I transplant it to my bit of allotment? if so, what kind of area? sunny? shady??

oh, have just read the rules and I'm not allowed to post pics yet, hmmm, just have to wait....

 

just looked at some pics on google images, think it might be a blackcurrant bush, rings a bell too, although mot sure why I would have bought that .... lol.... never mind, will let you know if I get any fruit off it! ever!!
