What a beauty!

    OK,i just had to show this off.I dug the last of my parsnips up yesterday to make way for new taties.This one measured 15inches long and its girth...a cracking 13inches. [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Sorry,can`t help.I`m useless at computers,but if you hang on a bit someone else will help you out azadaman. :confused:

    Go to HOW TO....Post a picture on this page..follow instructions....If this does't work resort to prayer....I did.

    Roders, I think Azadaman has a different problem - he can't SEE the pictures.

    I think if that's the problem, you need to adjust your pc settings, to allow access to pictures. I can't remember exactly what the control is called, but it might be in your spam filters......

    With a bit of luck someone else will pop in shortly who can tell you exactly what to do. If not, post the qestion in the PC section, but it woudl be worth checking in teh Frequently Asked Questions bit first. I know I've seen this answered before, and that's probably where.

    Elaine - that's some parsnip - congratulations! :D

    I'm hoping to grow some decent-sized ones this year - now I know what I have to beat!

    Thankyou.I was wondering about freezing.If i peel and quarter will they be ok?

    I'd be tempted to blanch them first in some boiling water if you are going to freeze them.

    Thanks Mel,but i`ve already chucked them in the freezer. :eek: :D
