Plant name

    I started from seed something called Gineria, anyone any ideas what it is, I know plants usually have 2 names,but can`t find answer anywhere,lost packet seeds came in.

    Hello nishka47 from Scotland and welcome to GC. I believe the plant you refer to is Gineria diphilla, indigenous to Madeira (and perhaps found in the Canaries). However, I can find nothing in my Plants and Flowers of Madeira book nor in my dictionary. I'll continue my search after lunch but maybe this little bit of info will jog your memory as to what you bought [​IMG]
