Cauli Red Pepper & Onion Soup

Red Pepper

1 Onion

Seasoning to taste and top of wosters sauce .

So easy chop every thing saute till soft add 2pt veg stock bring to boil then simmer.

Can blitz or leave enjoy

 

I love cauliflower soup Scotkat.
I would never have thought of putting red pepper in it.
What colour does the soup come out ?

 

I missed this.....sounds really good!

 

Alice pale red in colour but depends amount of peppers and size of cauliflower
