Can anyone identify this interloper in the first 3 pics ?

And Number 4 ?

 

Hmm!
It would be almost impossible to give you an accurate id for 1st 3 images.
May I suggest that you wait a few weeks.
When it has leaves then please add pics to this thread.

Yes i thought it was a long shot. The last one apparantly has yellow flowers.

 

last one could be a type of Cotoneaster? I know there is a Cotoneaster tree, but the leaves admittedly look a little smooth. A Cotoneaster tree has spines.

 

I'm thinking the 4th one could be Winter Jasmine nudiflorum ...

Does the tree in the first three pictures have sharp pointed tips to some of the shorter branches? If so, it might be some type of Malus (crab apple).

 

4. Is Piptanthus nepalensis. Common name Evergreen Laburnum.
