We inherited this climber when we moved here 20 years ago....it has been moved twice and has been neglected some what....But then came GC and Woo that have made me sit up and take more notice and care over not just roses but all my plants.....I have no idea what it's called so i've named it Woo....Last november i took my first ever rose cuttings of it and all but one has taken:yes: ....i understand i need to leave them as they are untill the autumn and then pot them individually is this right?....all advice gratefully recieved.... Loli, with regard to your rose cuttings, go with what you feel! I had loads of goes a while back and to be honest I could never find a formula for what worked and what didn't. When a rose decides to live, it will cope with quite a lot. I potted mine on during the growing season as they had good strong root systems and were putting on a lot of leaf. If you think it's better to keep yours where they are until the autumn, go with it.
