I've watched the first 15 minutes. Its interesting, but it exceeds my attention span so I'll have to watch it in chunks over a couple of days.

Humans have brains? A revelation to me based on the evidence I've seen.

:goodpost: The series was Brilliant..!!! I have watched his whole series, he was really sceptical about everything to start with but as the series went on he was more & more interested in it as I was,,
It has been really interesting & to see at the end of the series the effect it had all had on him was very interesting..
I was amazed to see how quickly he started to move body fat in this last episode which was really interesting... Good on yer Micheal Mosely I think most of us eat far to much these days so it was very informative...

The one where he was set up in the Natural History Museum where a swallowed a digi camera in a tiny capsule & then he & the public spent the day watching his insides with the public on the big screen as it travelled through him & he ate & drank.. Fascinating stuff..!
Find the rest of his programs as they have all been brilliant.!

He is inspiring I think, as he is the guinea pig for everything & that it is what made it interesting...... One can relate to him well I think..

If the latest scientific thinking suggests that we can live longer by restricting our calories, then by my oversimplified logic, that suggests we get a sort of calorie quota from the start. That has profound implications for how nature works, suggesting that maybe we get to stay a bit longer if we prove ourselves to be more efficient, but if we blatantly abuse what we've been given, then mother nature tries to nudge us along a bit more quickly.
