Corfe , another view.

    After looking up I climbed the hill opposite Corfe Castle (remains of!) for a different 'birds eye' view.

    The hill opposite is the start of a long very exposed ridge all the way to Swanage which I walked part of yesterday and nearly took off in the force 8 gale.:biggrin:

      I wasn't the only one going out in inclement conditions to get a good shot then, fantastic shots, lovely landscape!

      Ive just googled the castle as i didnt know where it was and came across a model of what i might of looked liked :blue thumb: crackin :)

          The Purbeck hills are the main reason we moved here yet nearly everyone here asks us why we moved from Weymouth, it's obvious to us!
          Another 6 mile walk in the same area tomorrow, hope the weather holds.
