    I'm just enjoying a refreshing home made brew of .... lemon balm tea. :coffee: Just the washed leaves and some hot water to start with. It does have a delicate lemon taste, but it's a little on the "earthy" side too. :coffee:
    Later, I'm going to have a lemon balm bath :spinning:
    Tomorrow, I'm going to use it to flavour the salad I'm taking to work for lunch :stirpot:

    Depending on how much I enjoy it/how many uses I can find for it, will determine whether I take a pot of it with me or not.

      Sounds good to me "M":dbgrtmb: also try a few leaves finely chopped and added to scone mixture with a little lemon zest:thumbsup:

            Nice one 'M'.ive got a clump of lemon balm but daz said it was'nt any use just smelt great,il try a cuppa tomorrow:)x

                Lemon Balm Tea is lovely. I also make morrocan mint tea, Chamomile from flowers.
                I went to one of the countryside events locally and there was a herbalist giving a lecture she recommended Sage tea for lady flushes, its ok but you feel you are missing the onion, bread crumbs and chicken when drinking it! lol!
