Seen a few at the GC yesterday although not as nice at that one!! Sadly they were £4.99 each though so decided not to get them. Am definately getting more next year though!!! This is my first year of having Dahlia's and I must admit I seem to be getting quite a thing for them ... just lovely :)

I also love the pic of that bed - very me! Mine all look a bit more clumsy than that as I moved in here in February and I'm working with what I have already (most of which I had no clue was there til it came up. I've put a lot in, but then I get these bright yellow daisies and things springing up, which are gorgeous, but play havoc with my intended colour scheme. So therefore my garden is a riot of colour scheme this year.

Lovely photos everyone. Really inspiring me :)

All those lovely pictures - and now for something completely different. This is Macleaya cordata - Plume Poppy. It has a flower with no discernable petals. Oh - and it grows to about 15 feet. :D

Lots of colour there everyone. There's not much here at the moment but I have my Begonia argenteo-guttata (Trout Begonia) a cane variety in full bloom. These clusters are monstrous, wouldn't fit in two hands. There's at least a dozen clusters now. The leaves can get to 30cms long. I had it's parent reach 10 foot in the UK (indoors of course in an atrium). This one is outdoors in the shade ....
