            Got back from wandering in Cappadocia and made a lovely pan of veggie soup with really fresh veggies. Two bowls of that went down well with a couple of slices of freshly baked bread. :blue thumb:

              Tonight will be more veggie soup, roast chicken thighs (with garlic and herbs), roast spuds, broccoli, stir fried French beans with courgettes and garlic, Shiney Hybrid chillies and home pickled cucumber, followed by home grown apples with gluten free crumble.

                      Bacon butty with mashed tomatoes from the freezer (last years produce). Yummy! Will have to work harder at the gym to get rid of that bacon now though.

                        You still not feeling well Shiney?

                        We had roast chicken,mash,cauliflower, leeks,sprouts, stuffing & Yorkshire pud......then I had Apple & raspberry crumble & plain yogurt....what a piggy i'am.....but it was really yummy :snork: tomorrow will have to be very small meals after all that! :whistle:
