what on earth are these

Hi all

I found these little fellows hiding under my wormery in the greenhouse, what are they I have scooped them up and put them on the bird table

They look horrible but i have no idea what they are sorry

 

I've seen something similar in my liquid manure that I sometimes make from nettles.

I think they are some kind of fly larvae/ pupa.

If so, pity you let the birds have them

 

They look like those Long Tail maggots...

 

they look half woodlice half tadpoles

Does this mean I have to be up before the birds to Dave them from the bird,table

 

they are doing no harm to any plants etc

 

I get them in my chicken manure tea mix,no idea why they like it there ,i dont recall seeing them in my comfry tea mix thou
