After years of drinking 'normal' PG Tips tea I was told at my last checkup to cut down and try Red Bush (Rooibos?) - well I quite like it to the extent that for the past 6 months it's the only hot drink I have. It's caffeine free which is the main reason I was told to try it, not sure about any other health benefits. I tried Green tea once and didn't like the taste and I understand it has loads of caffeine which is not good.

I drink mostly loose leaf tea with the occasional coffee from my Steam Machine. To be honest I think the either is tea, bush tea, or coffee healthier? issue is more down to personal thinking than any scientific evidence.:dunno:
        Excuse me:hate-shocked:,.......... More tea, Vicar??:coffee:
