Solved Any idea what this is?

    This is growing in a wooded hedge bank, I thought it was balsam at first but the leaves are alternate and looks like it's going to have pink frothy flowers, it's a few feet tall, and looks like it wants to go higher, it has a ribbed stem, slightly hairy leaves with no serrations?

      I wondered if it was that family, the flowers aren't out yet, you can see one of the buds. Stems are hollow and it's in a damp spot. It's on our neighbours side of the hedge bank, but I think we're going to have to work together to eradicate it.

          I'm hoping it's not polystachyum, the flowers should be out better in a day or so, which will help.
