The odd sunny spell but generally cloudy with a cold wind 14'c/56'f

 

A few patches of blue sky but mostly cloudy. It's 11.8C

 

We have sun! Yay. Was chilly last night though. Tomatoes will be rejoicing today. Forecast is good for London.

 

Sunshine at last 19C, so not that warm, but better than the last two weeks.

Beautiful morning for a walk

 

After a sunny start the low cloud rolled in.
Mostly miserable with the odd bright bit.
17C, pretty awful really for the time of year.

 

We are having 'chilly highs' of 25c and lows of 16c ... ... this is early September and August was the mildest we have seen in the 14 years we have been living here. Our high has been 35.4c for one day. Would love some rain, long and steady as we haven't had any for months.

 

Proper autumn weather today as we had thick fog this morning. The Liverpool ferries were cancelled as it was that bad. The sun is trying to shine through it now and it's a lot clearer than it was. It's 12.3C

 

We're getting the hopping mornings, it would be nice to get the hopping days to go with them.
