    Just saw the breaking news banner: how sad!

    I first stumbled across him in "Truly, Madly, Deeply". A fine actor.

        He was hilarious in Robin Hood " .... I'll cut your heart out .... with a spoon!" :heehee:

                  A sad loss , I know he appeared in many highly rated stage plays and serious films. But my favourite was Robin Hood , where he played the wonderfully evil Sheriff of Notingham.
