If you’re going to try to revive it, probably best to stick it in a pot using ericaceous compost and placing it in a shaded spot.
I’m afraid I think it’s a goner. I believe they prefer a shady spot.

TBH, when I’ve sown beetroot, they’ve always done better when sown direct. Bear in mind, each seed is actually a clump of seeds, so sow thinly.
