If you’re going to try to revive it, probably best to stick it in a pot using ericaceous compost and placing it in a shaded spot.
I’m afraid I think it’s a goner. I believe they prefer a shady spot.

I should point out that although daytime temperatures are ok, it’s still been cold at night.
TBH, when I’ve sown beetroot, they’ve always done better when sown direct. Bear in mind, each seed is actually a clump of seeds, so sow thinly.
