[ATTACH]Zooming it there appear to be long flowering stalks. If so then that rules out Sarcoccoca.
Hard to tell..could be plum, damson, bullace.
All plants produce flowers...eventually. Sarcoccoca leaves are quite varied depending on which sp it is.
