    With the dark stems it looks more like Verbascum chaixii :noidea:

      Far too robust for parsley.
      I thought Comfrey too, the leaves have that velvety feel to them.
      Keep on guessing folks. We need the names for a Charity sale.

      Seems an odd thing to be grown for sale as a perennial by a nursery person, if it is Celery. Trouble is that she knew what her plants were and did not label them until they were ready to sell. She is long gone now.

      Just my crazy brain working overtime but no 1 just says some kind of poppy to me.
      After looking at my comfrey I notice some of it has reddish leaf stalks and some doesn't, I'm guessing it depends on how much sun the plant gets.
